Women Defend Rojava have published the dossier on human rights violations and civilian casualties in Northern Syria since 9th October 2019, highlighting the effect the operation has had on lives of women and children.
It documents civilian casualties recorded by the Kurdish Red Crescent between 9th and 31th October 2019.
The report was compiled by the Kongra Star Statistics and Research Committee Qamishlo, and Women Defend Rojava campaign which is part of Kongra Star Diplomacy.
